I am having an issue with 1 user. Archiving has been done only 232 documents left in the database, but compacting does not reduce size. I have even used this command ' load compact mail/mailfilename.nsf -c -d -i', but mail file size still not changed.
I had same problem with user before and created a copy of the mail file.
Please help. Thanks!
